I'm looking for a nice flatmate who wants to share a 3 BHK, ground floor,in south Delh. It's a quiet and peaceful area. There are 3 bedrooms, beautiful kitchen with 2 living rooms.The house has got marble flooring and aestheticaly well made. I have just moved in, so the flat is not yet fully furnished but equipped with the most important things in kitchen. There is 24 hrs water supply and parking space for 2 cars is also available. I am only looking for somebody who will stay at least six months stay in Delhi and who feels like making this place even more cosy. The place is only available for girls.The house is available from 1st of sept and I need to close it by this month end ! The total rent is 45.000 INR, so 15.000 INR each (maid, electricity, water on top).
